We are seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Project Officer to join the team at Southern Queensland Rural Health (SQRH) to coordinate the implementation of a new clinic software at the SQRH Health and Wellness Clinic.

• HEW Level 6, ($82,399.95 to $88,503.79 plus super of 17%)
• Expression of Interest for a fixed-term position until 31 December 2022
• Closing date 28 July 2022

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the implementation of new clinic software in the SQRH Health and Wellness Clinic
• Create and document administration processes to align with the new clinic software
• Create user manuals for staff for use of the new clinic software
• Provide training to staff in using the new clinic software
• Review and update SQRH administration manuals and documentation aligned to SQRH and UQ processes
• Review and update SQRH student support process manuals and documentation

About You

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate experience in being responsible for coordinating and/or administering end-to-end projects of varying size, scale and complexity to ensure the successful delivery of project-specific strategic and/or operational outcomes.

Selection Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or equivalent experience and/or equivalent education/training
• Demonstrated experience in providing project coordination and/or administrative support
• A developing understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities within tight timeframes
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholder engagements

Please note that existing IT expertise is not essential for this position.

What We Can Offer 

This is a full-time, 100% FTE fixed-term position until 31 December 2022 at HEW 6 based in Toowoomba.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $82,399.95 to $88,503.79 plus super of 17%.
