Master Your Supervision Skills Workshop - Entire Series

The workshop has been developed to support clinicians who have previous experience in student supervision and want to extend their supervisory skills. Ideally participants will have completed the "Supercharge Your Supervision Skills" workshops or equivalent. Participants are expected to actively engage in the learning and share their experiences with the cohort.

This workshop is appropriate for clinicians from all professions including nursing, midwifery, allied health, and medicine.

Workshop topics:

1st June- Incorporating Interprofessional Practice and Education into Student Placements

8th June- Facilitating Reflective Practice and Clinical Reasoning- Advanced

15th June- Supervisor-Student Relationship

22nd June- Managing Underperforming Students and Difficult Conversations with Student- Advanced

29th June- Burnout, Teaching on the Run and Managing Current Workload with Students

6th July- Alternative Supervision Models

Please note this registration is for all 6 topics. Please ensure you advise via email to sqrh@uq.edu.au if you are unable to attend on the day.

If you are only wanting to attend single workshops, please register via the specific workshop event option for each topic.

All workshop material will be emailed to you prior to each workshop and all workshops will be online via Zoom.
