Field educators from across the nation meet in Toowoomba

Date - 8 April 2020

Over 120 delegates, including several from SQRH, attended the three day National Association of Field Experience Administrators (NAFEA) Conference in Toowoomba in November last year.

NAFEA Inc represents tertiary administrators engaged in the placement of students for field experience.

The conference provided a great opportunity to learn about student placement strategies all around Australia. SQRH staff members Nicola Cotter and Chrissie O’Connell presented a session on Interprofessional Education (IPE), detailing the design and implementation of student IPE workshops and how the training enriches placement experiences.
