Social Work Specific - Supercharge Your Student Supervision Skills Workshop

The workshop has been developed to support clinicians who are new to student supervision, want to improve their supervisory skills, or for whom it has been an extended period of time since providing supervision to students.

This workshop is appropriate for Social Work clinicians from both government and non-government organisations.

The workshop will cover five topics:

Managing underperforming students

Providing effective feedback to students

Difficult conversations

Facilitating reflective practice

Facilitating clinical reasoning

This is a face to face workshop for Toowoomba based Social Workers however rural and remote clinicians are able to access the workshop via Zoom.
